EXCITING TIMES FOR REAL ESTATE IN MELBOURNE'S SOUTH EAST
EXCITING TIMES FOR REAL ESTATE IN MELBOURNE'S SOUTH EAST

First National Real Estate Neilson Partners are this year celebrating 106 years in local real estate, an honorable milestone for the real estate and property management industry.

Significant events have shaped the last century for one of the South East’s most productive and successful Real Estate Agents and 106 years after Frank Facey opened his first office in Dandenong, the company has earned its enviable reputation through an extraordinary history of success.

Part two of this 4-part journey saw Andrew Facey and Frank Facey Real Estate join the First National Real Estate network, as well as open the First National Narre Warren branch on the corner of Webb Street and Princes Highway and the Berwick office on the corner of Langmore Lane and Gloucester Avenue.

Part 3. Frank Facey First National Real Estate Narre Warren, Berwick, Dandenong, Mulgrave, Endeavour Hills, Glen Waverley, and Pakenham

By 1994, Frank Facey First National Real Estate was in the driving seat with offices located in Narre Warren, Berwick, Dandenong, Mulgrave, and Endeavour Hills and many major land development sites, residential sales and Commercial-Industrial opportunities in the Southeast region were successfully being transacted through Frank Facey First National Real Estate.

Andrew Facey, grandson of Frank Facey, Ross Neilson, Peter Watson, and Michael Hall were all partners in the business and in 2002 they further expanded into Glen Waverley.

Dedicated Finance Department

Always looking for innovative ways to improve the service on offer, First National Neilson Partners established its own finance department. With access to a wide range of leading banks and lending institutions and free advice on offer for vendors and purchasers, it ensured they were kept informed on the most up-to-date financial requirements and opportunities. A service not commonly offered by real estate agents and is highly valued by our new and existing clients.

Pakenham Joins the Team

During the mid to late 1990s, Frank Facey First National Real Estate expanded and grew from the original office in Dandenong (C1917) to a network of offices in Narre Warren, Berwick, Endeavour Hills, Mulgrave, and Glen Waverly.  At the same time locally, Cremin Real Estate was building an impressive following in the Pakenham area.

Pakenham was a quiet, rural district enjoyed mostly by the Gippsland farming fraternity but as the South-Eastern corridor became more and more popular it began to boom with families and businesses moving to the area.

In 2002 Cremin Real Estate merged with Frank Facey First National to become Cremin Frank Facey First National.

This merger was an important decision for the future success of the company, ensuring that all bases were covered to provide the optimum Real Estate service for the region from Dandenong to Pakenham.

First National Real Estate Neilson Partners is Born

In 2005 the business was re-ordered, and the Glen Waverley office was sold. In 2011 the company’s trading name became ‘First National Real Estate Neilson Partners, covering Berwick, Narre Warren and Pakenham.
