Having commenced her working career in a different industry, and building her experience and skills for almost a decade, Jessica decided to take all of her customer service knowledge and apply it where her passion really lies, in Real Estate.
Starting fresh can be tough but with sheer determination and a ‘can do’ attitude, Jessica has developed a strong understanding of Property Management fundamentals. Condition reports, Routine Inspections, Maintenance Management, Tenant Selection and Lease Preparation are just a few of the day to day tasks that she diligently conquers, knowing and understanding the importance of managing our investors assets as if they are her own .
Jessica works tirelessly to service her First National clients, ensuring individual needs are met whilst complying with legislation, processes, procedures and our standards of service excellence. She thrives on the diversity that her role in Property Management provides and has an ever-growing knowledge of market trends, both working and living in the local areas.
