First National Real Estate Neilson Partners Berwick has manage a couple of my properties since early 2011 to January 2024. During this period I had the great fortune to have two efficient property managers. For the first five years or so, Sharon Carter was our property manager and in the last five years it was Karen Neil. Both these managers were very efficient, prompt and exceptional in their services. Before them, I have been with a couple of other real estate agents with very poor services. Due to personal reasons, I had to sell my investments and hence could not continue with them, but if I ever purchase an investment property in Berwick I will be knocking on their door without any hesitation.
