We recently moved to a new home with First National Real Estate Neilson Partners. Our property manager is Brittany Cox and we have had an excellent experience with her. Brittany is very attentive, she responds promptly to emails and phone calls and she is detail oriented. Overall we are very happy with our new home and our property manager.

Their knowledge and understanding of what is required to maintain a property in accordance with the Tenancy Act is excellent and their systems make it easy to fulfill these requirements.

She gave us a chance as first-time renters and has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout our 2-year tenancy. If we ever had issues, Alesia and the team were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. No complaints! Not only is Alesia a wonderful property manager - but a lovely person as well. Her personality and her ability to empathise with others makes her stand out from the crowd. When the time came for us to move, Alesia provided assistance in finding a new home - including being our reference on all of our applications. A big shout out to Brittany, i recently got a rental through first national and Brittany has been nothing short of amazing, Brittany made the whole application and fine details very easy to understand and had processed everything so quick! Since applying and being accepted into my new rental any questions or changes I’ve asked for have been done and dusted in very short succession, I’m honestly amazed at how quickly everything that’s been requested has been done, all emails are commonly responded within 24 hours which is lighting quick considering the amount of work Brittany does in a normal trading day, I really can not recommend her enough at how diligent, prompt, and professional her services are. You can tell she is passionate about her job and helping her customers out.
