First National Neilson Partners are celebrating their success at the National Convention currently taking place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The First National Network hosted their National General Excellence and Marketing Awards on Tuesday night at the Grand Hyatt, where our team joined 380 delegates from Australia, New Zealand and Vanuatu at the prestigious black-tie-dinner.
After navigating a challenging 2023 marked by 13 interest rate rises and a rental crisis, the top salespeople, property managers and administrators of 2023 were honoured for their outstanding real estate achievements. Among those celebrated was our very own team.

Neilson Partners Commercial received serveral accolades:
- Shannon Hynd, Commercial DDepartment Manager, was named National Commercial Investor Relations Manager of the Year for the second consecutive year
- Flynn McKenna was awarded Commercial New Investor Relations Manager of the Year
Following a stella 2022, where Lily Young was recognised as National Business Development Manager of the Year, she continued her excellence by being named in the Magnificent 7 (Top 7) Business Development Managers of the Year for 2023.

- First National Real Estate Neilson Partners Narre Warren Property Management team won #1 for Highest Gain of Properties Under Management
