In 2017 the companies, which were initially established by Frank Facey in Dandenong in 1917 have celebrated one hundred years of dynamic and ground breaking endeavour in the Real Estate industry.

From horse drawn sulkies to helicopters and photographic drones, from bushland and the farming belt to thriving cities, with their residential, commercial and industrial enterprises, Frank Facey would be amazed to see how the company he founded, towards the end of the First World War, has thrived and prospered through all the ups and downs of fortune in Austalia's history.

Taking the initiative when opportunities presented themselves, the company, with a dynamic approach to continual growth, has expanded to the point where today it has broadened its initial operations at Dandenong to Mulgrave, Endeavour Hills, Berwick, Narre Warren and Pakenham.
