Our maintenance team is committed to the care of your investment property and will proactively handle any required maintenance in a professional and efficient way to ensure a safe environment is maintained in your home.

The Residential Tenancies Act requires all general maintenance matters to be reported in writing.

Urgent maintenance should be reported over the phone to your managing office to enable us to assist you as quickly as possible. Please refer to the link below to see what qualifies as urgent maintenance.
