“Beyond this level, Berwick has a select number of absolute premium lifestyle properties where those who wish to remain local but enjoy a semi-rural lifestyle can have their needs met. Berwick properties for sale like this often yield results within the $7 - $10 million range. It is therefore unsurprising that so many people are drawn to the area.”
